REFUND POLICY
At HOLYICON.GR, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, withdrawal, refunds and defective products.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where an order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final goods are received, to the extent provided by applicable law.
2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may use your own written statement. There is no requirement to use a specific form, provided that your intention to withdraw is clear.
3. RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you should send the products back without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or otherwise non-conforming, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the products where applicable, provided that this obligation has been communicated to you before purchase.
Products should be returned safely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition, taking into account that consumers are entitled to inspect the goods as they would in a physical shop.
You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. REFUNDS
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
We will process refunds without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances provided by law.
This may include, where applicable, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and certain other categories of goods or services for which the law provides an exception.
Where an exception applies, we will inform you before or at the time of purchase where required.
The fact that a product is handmade or individually crafted does not by itself remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
6. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the contract, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Under EU consumer rules, consumers purchasing goods from a professional seller benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defects or lack of conformity, subject to applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Where the return concerns a defective or non-conforming product covered by applicable law, we will not shift costs to the consumer where such costs are legally our responsibility.
7. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier where possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and details of the damage.
Damage during delivery does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
8. EXCHANGES
Where practical and permitted by law, we may offer an exchange.
However, your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not replaced or reduced by this policy.
9. SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL PRICES
Products purchased during a sale or promotional period remain subject to the same statutory consumer rights as products purchased at the regular price.
A discounted price does not remove or reduce statutory rights.
